Crate Escapes Dog Park + Bar Rules & Terms of Use

To ensure a safe, fun, and enjoyable environment for all guests and dogs, all visitors must follow these rules. By entering Crate Escapes, you accept full responsibility for your dog(s) and yourself.

Dog Requirements

Dogs must be current on vaccinations: Rabies, DHLPP/Da2PP, and Bordetella.
Dogs must be properly socialized with other dogs and humans, and display appropriate behavior.
Dogs must be at least 12 weeks old to enter the park.
Dogs must have a visible ID tag at all times. If you do not have one, Crate Escapes will provide one at the Front Desk.
Dogs cannot be in heat. Dogs must be spayed/neutered by 6 months to use drop-off daycare and by 1 year to use the Dog Park.
Puppies under 25 lbs and under six months are only permitted in the Small Dog Park or on leash patios. Once over 25 lbs or six months old, they may enter the Main Dog Park. Owners who allow their puppies to enter areas outside these guidelines do so at their own risk, and Crate Escapes is not responsible for any injuries or incidents that may occur.

Supervision & Capacity

One adult may supervise up to 3 dogs at a time.
All dogs must be registered to a day pass or active membership before entering the Dog Park + Bar.
You are responsible for monitoring your dog at all times and for your dog’s behavior. Crate Escapes staff is not responsible for monitoring your dog for you.
You permit Crate Escapes staff to handle your dog and break up fights if necessary. Notify staff of any concerning behavior immediately.

Off-Leash & Leash Rules

Dogs must be leashed at all times except in designated off-leash areas.
You must have a visible leash for each dog at all times.
Leashes are discouraged in off-leash areas as they may increase stress or leash reactivity.

Children & Playground

Kids of all ages are welcome in on-leash and humans-only areas, including indoor dining and patios.
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult in off-leash areas.
Children 13 and under must remain in immediate physical presence of their adult.
Child playground space is for children 13 and under; adult supervision is required.

Behavior & Safety

Humans: No running, playing on dog equipment, or provoking dogs or people.
You are legally and financially responsible for any damage or injury caused by your dog(s).
You may be asked to leave for poor behavior by yourself or your dog at the discretion of Crate Escapes staff.

Food & Drink

Crate Escapes has an in-house restaurant, cafe, & bar.. No outside food or drinks are allowed.
No food is permitted in the main off-leash dog park & bar. Please keep food in the designated dining spaces.
Alcohol is only available to individuals of legal drinking age. Valid ID is required.
- Outside alcohol is prohibited.
- Alcohol cannot be provided to minors or dogs.
- Alcohol cannot leave the premises.
No glass containers allowed.

Additional Rules

No outside dog toys, balls, frisbees, or children’s toys may be brought into the park.
You must clean up after your dog(s). Waste stations are provided throughout the park.
No smoking in or around the Dog Park + Bar.
You may not leave the Dog Park + Bar without your dog. Dogs left unattended will be charged $70.

Right to Refuse Service

Crate Escapes reserves the right to refuse access or service to any person or dog for any reason. Failure to follow these rules may result in membership revocation.
