Dog Park + Bar Rules
& Terms of Use

  • Must be current on vaccinations (Rabies, DHLPP/Da2PP and Bordetella)

  • Must be properly socialized with other dogs AND humans, and display proper behavior

  •   Must be at least 12 weeks old

  • Must have an ID tag at all times (if you don’t have one, we will provide at our Front Desk)

  • Cannot be in heat, and must be spayed/neutered by 1 year old

  • No more than 2 dogs per one adult.

  • All dogs entering must be registered to a day pass or to an active membership in order to enter the Dog Park + Bar.

  • Puppies who are under 25 lbs AND under six months of age are allowed in the Small Dog Park only, or on one of our on-leash patios. This is because puppies of that age and size may not have the experience or physical ability to play safely among large adult dogs. Once your puppy is over 25lbs or 6 months of age, they are permitted to play in the Main Dog Park.

  • Kids of all ages are always welcome, at any time, in any of our ON-LEASH AND HUMANS-ONLY AREAS. This includes inside our indoor dining space and our on-leash patio.  

  • Everyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult to enter the off-leash play areas.

  • Kids 13 and under must be in the IMMEDIATE physical presence of their adult and within touching distance.

  • Child playground space is intended for kids 13 and under. Adult supervision is required.

  • Humans: No running, playing on dog equipment, or provoking other people or animals.

  • You are liable for damage or injury inflicted by your dog(s).  This means you are legally and financially responsible for the behavior of your dog(s).  By entering the dog park + bar, you accept full responsibility for your dog and release Crate Escapes from any and all liability associated with your dog(s)’ use of the Dog Park + Bar.

  • Dogs must be leashed at all time except in the designated off-leash play area(s).  You must have a visible leash for each of your dog(s) at all times.

  • Dogs must be in full view of and within voice control of their owner/handler at all times.  You are responsible for monitoring your dog at all times.  You are responsible for your dog’s behavior.  

  • You permit the Crate Escapes staff to handle your dog9s) and break up any fights that may occur in the Dog Park.  Please notify the Crate Escapes staff if you notice any negative behavior involving dog(s) that may require intervention.

  • No smoking in or around the Dog Park + Bar

  • You’ll get kicked out if you drink too much

  • You may not leave the Dog Par + Bar without your dog. Dogs left unattended will be . . . (??what?  Taken to the humane society?  Fined $X on their account?  I don’t see it as an issue in our area, but there have been a few location that had an issue with people dumping their dog

  • You can be asked to leave at any time due to poor behavior from yourself or your dog.  It is up to the digression of the Crate Escapes staff if they feel there is excessive aggression or behavior that is harmful or disruptive to others.

  • No outside food or drink is allowed in the Dog Park + Bar.  You may purchase drinks at the bars located throughout the off-leash play area(s).  Food or treats (Human and dog) purchased from our retail or dining space must remain in the leashed spaces.  Food mat only be eaten in the indoor dining space or dining patio. Due to potential food aggression in dogs and basic and safety, no food is allowed in the off-leash spaces.

  • Alcohol at the Dog Park + Bar is only available to individuals who are of legal drinking age in the jurisdiction the Dog Park + Bar is located in and may only be obtained upon presentation of valid identification.  Crate Escapes may decline to provide alcohol to any individual for any reason, including, but not limited to, any individual who appears to be intoxicated.  Individuals, including Members and their guests, are prohibited from bringing any outside alcohol onto the Dog Park.  Individuals, including Members and their guests, are also prohibited from taking any alcohol obtained at the Dog Park + Bar off of the Dog Park + Bar premises.  Finally, Individuals, including Members and their guests, are prohibited from providing any alcohol to a minor or dog in the Dog Park + Bar.

  • No glass containers are permitted inside the Dog Park + Bar

  • You are not permitted to bring any dog toys, balls, frisbees, or children’s toys into the Dog Park + Bar.

  • You must clean up after your dog(s).  Waste stations are provided throughout the Dog Park + Bar.

  • Filming and photography are taking place in the Dog Park + Bar.  By entering the Dog Park + Bar you irrevocably consent to being filmed, videotaped, or photographed and such may be used by Crate Escapes in any and all media, throughout the universe, in perpetuity without limitation, for any and all purposes in connection with the Dog Park + Bar.  Further, you irrevocably grant permission to use your name, voice, likeness, appearance, and actions, to be included therein without compensation, credit, or any other consideration.

  • Failure to follow these Dog Park + Bar Rules and Terms of Use may result in your Membership being revoked.

  • Crate Escapes has the right to refuse service or access to any person or any dog for any reason.
