Dog Training Classes in Westfield, Indiana
Positive-reinforcement training for puppies and adult dogs, held inside Crate Escapes near Grand Park in Westfield. Classes use rewards and clear cues — never prong, shock or choke collars — and finish with real-world practice in one of the busiest dog environments in Hamilton County. Dog owners from Carmel, Noblesville, Fishers and north Indianapolis train with us regularly.

What we work on
- Puppy foundations — name recognition, potty routine, handling, gentle socialization
- Everyday manners — sit, down, place, leave it, polite greetings, no counter surfing
- Loose-leash walking and reliable recall around real distractions
- Dog park readiness — reading play styles, taking breaks, coming when called off play
How classes run
Classes meet in a dedicated space on site, in small groups so every dog gets attention, with homework you can practice in a few minutes a day. Current class dates and openings are listed on our events calendar and in the Crate Escapes app. Dogs need current Rabies, Distemper Combo and Bordetella records on file before their first session — same requirements as the park rules.
Train, then play
Training pairs naturally with park time — practice cues, then let your dog blow off steam off-leash. Grab a day pass or membership for park access, or add cage-free day care on class days so your dog arrives warmed up.
